Who We Are
Hi, I'm Beth Byrne, founder of Soap and Garden. I guess you could say that gardening is in my blood. My dad grew vegetables and my mom grew flowers. I remember her roses the most. At one time, she cared for over 100 bushes!.
I was always interested in growing and working in the dirt, as well, although hoeing rows of vegetables was a dreaded chore.
Once in my own home, I quickly turned to the soil, but my interests turned toward herbs. As I became more interested in natural ways for my family, I also became fascinated with herbal skincare, and Soap and Garden was born. Of course, many of my friends were gardeners, as well, and I realized that their skincare needs were specialized. It took years of working on products to create a line that gardeners find really helps them clean those dirty hands--and feet, knees and elbows, too, without drying out the skin. Our moisturizing products such as Gardener's Helper Hand & Body Lotion and Whipped Butter helps seal in moisture. We also offer matching bath products because nothing beats a rewarding bath or shower after a gardening session!
We even offer candles in little plant pots and candle melts for those time you are not in the garden.
